WALK OF GRACE - My Spiritual Service of Worship
(Taken from the Walk of Grace Study by Sandra J. Mikler Davis)
We worship the Lord for the glory of His power, strength, might, truth, love, and mercy. He is above all else. He is our God.
We have much to boast in, but our boasting comes
from Him,
by Him,
through Him, and
for Him.
He radiates the loveliness of life, light, and all that is righteous and true.
He is beautiful, holy, lovely, and just.
God deserves continual worship!
We are the instruments used in His service of worship; vessels useful for the praise of His glory.
Today Jesus is our hope. He is our delight in a weary, dry, and barren land.
He can fill us with Himself, push out all distractions, and give us rejoicing hearts.
Let us go to Him, and let Him restore us today.
Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God,to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.Romans 12:1
Let us thank Him for such an Amazing Grace!
