Weekly Devotional - Week 33

As we face daily challenges, more choices, decisions that will impact our lives, it can become overwhelming if it were not for the amazing guidance and leading of the Holy Spirit. As a Christian, Character is essential to all that comes our way. Making our lives a vessel useful for Christ is hard work and must be taken seriously because we are called to reflect God's glory and grace.

A daily walk with God that is led by the Holy Spirit within is surrendered to the leading of the Spirit, willing to heed His call and is guided by the Word of God. Paul states in Galatians 5:16, But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh ... and again in verses 24-25 he states, and those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. But if we live by the Spirit, let us walk by the Spirit.

Help us Lord, to desire and obey You in thought, word and deed today and always. Amen.
