Weekly Devotional - Week 50

The Christmas Season is filled with all kinds of celebrations. We tend to get carried away with “stuff” and tend to over indulge in celebration and gift giving – missing out on the One who is the Perfect Gift ever! The Hebrew writer speaks clearly to this issue. Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5

The perfect gift is JESUS. As you prepare for Christmas and the New Year, consider the Cost of the Cross and the Joy of the Gift that Jesus gave to us. Sharing His Story is the Perfect Gift for family and friends.

This Gift will last throughout eternity, if received. It can’t be received without a presentation ... This year consider the Gift that keeps on giving ... Jesus our Savior, and be willing to Share His story with those you love and care about. It will be time well spent!

Help us Lord be bold to share this Costly Gift! Amen.
