The Apostle Paul was very excited to share his appeal to the church in Rome. Listen to his words:
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
Romans 12:1

Worship includes Christian living, sacrificial love for the unlovely, not polluting our bodies with sinful behavior and instead, honoring God even in the difficult circumstances of life ... to the glory of God.
