These weekly devotionals point the believer to the true walk of faith as demonstrated by Christ. Our calling has been given by Christ to us individually for the benefit of the Church collectively. The true body of Christ (the Church) has a duty to live obedient to that Call.

In Ephesians 4:1-3 we are given a way to walk that honors God, is a sweet fragrance in the Church and is also a benefit for society. It states:

I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace.

This worthy walk is truly pleasing to our Lord. Help each of us Lord, to desire and walk in Your way today. Amen.
