Our Community

The Body of Christ has unique characteristics. Christ’s Church is called to specific responsibilities as seen in Scripture. First, the Word of God – inerrant and taught – is critical to the health of the Church Body. John 1:1-2 states: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning ... and in verse 14 it states clearly: The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us.

Clearly, Jesus Christ is the Word of Life. The Scripture is not open to man's additions or subtractions. God spoke His Word plainly in 2 Timothy 3:16: All Scripture is breathed out by God ... It is the only sure answer to this world's hurts.

Help us Lord, defend Your Holy Word today. Amen.
