Being Set Apart
Week 35

How can we, as Christians, live in a world so corrupt and evil? We are told how in the pages of Scripture. As we have seen, this Set Apart lifestyle comes with instructions. Peter tells us in 1 Peter 1:13-15... Therefore prepare your mind for action, and being sober-minded set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance, but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is written; You shall be holy, for I am holy.

Exercising our minds for Godly action, in obedience, staying away from the worldly wise arena of thinking and doing is a good place to begin.

Help us Lord to conform more and more to Your Holiness! Amen.
