Being Thankful
Week 47

With all the excitement of the season, our busyness sometimes overshadows our need for Thankfulness. Yes, we are thankful for many things, but one thing is essential to true thankfulness. We must recognize and embrace the Author and Giver of life – Jesus Christ.

For every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. James 1:17

As the Christmas season embraces our thankful hearts may we pause for thanksgiving, because God revealed His plan of redemption to us through the Perfect Gift of Jesus Christ!

Thank You holy Father for sending us Your Perfect Son. Amen.
