Our Hope in Christ
Week Twenty-Three - 2019

The world we live in is in a battle of major proportions. The Christians of our world are being attacked spiritually, emotionally and physically. Our Sure and Certain HOPE is in Jesus Christ our Lord. The times we live in are not that different than those in the 1st century. We are told these comforting words:

But we ought to give thanks for you ... because God chose you as the first-fruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth. To this He called you through our Gospel, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good HOPE through grace, comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word. 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17

Truly these are comforting words to hold onto every day!
