Our Hope in Christ
Week Thirty-Five - 2019

The Psalms contain some of the most encouraging themes of Scripture. Listen to these words of David: Love the LORD, all you His saints! The LORD preserves the faithful but abundantly repays the one who acts in pride. Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who HOPE (wait) for the LORD! Psalm 31:23-24

Biblical love includes an attitudinal response and demonstrated obedience ... as stated in reference to verse 23 by Pastor John MacArthur. We see in verse 24 a similar statement to Joshua 1:7, were the LORD gives Joshua this same command.

Our LORD is with us through thick and thin. He wants us to embrace His strength, HOPE and courage. With God all things are possible. Let’s take action in this HOPE filled truth of true salvation ... in Christ alone. Amen.
