Our Hope in Christ
Week Thirty-Seven - 2019

Listen to a brief but powerful telling of our Redemption plan from ages ago. Isaiah 42:6:
I am the LORD; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations ...

Now listen to Matthew 2:29-32: Lord, now you are letting your servant depart in peace, according to Your Word; for my eyes have seen Your salvation that you have prepared in the presence of all people, a light for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to Your people Israel.

Finally listen to these words from Colossians 1:21: and you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, He has now reconciled in His body of flesh by His death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before Him ... the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to His saints. To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of the mystery, which is Christ in you, the HOPE of glory. (v.26-27)

How amazing our God is! We Gentiles are now a part of His redeemed family!
