Our Hope in Christ
Week Thirty-Nine - 2019

May the God of HOPE fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in HOPE. Romans 15:13
We see several foundational truths in this verse. First, that God is the source of eternal HOPE, life and salvation. Second, that He is the object of HOPE for every believer. Through Him we have also obtained access, by faith, into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in HOPE of the glory of God. Romans 5:2

Our HOPE comes through the Scripture (See Ephesians 1:13-14) which is given to us by way of the powerful working of the Holy Spirit. Our hearts are moved by His working as we read, study, ponder and apply His truth-filled words to our daily lives. To the Glory and honor of God alone. Amen.
