The Root of Righteousness
Week Eight

This week we are going to see the condition of every human being who ever lived or will live. It is a profound Scripture to read and one to understand. It is absolutely true. Listen to Paul quote Psalm 14:1-3 and
Psalm 53:1-3 from Romans 3:9-12.

What then? Are we better than they? Not at all; for we have already charged that both Jew and Greeks are all under sin; as it is written, there is none righteous, not even one; there is none who understands, there is none who seeks for God; all have turned aside, together they have become useless; there is none who does good, there is not even one.

Do you see what Paul is saying? No one can muster up faith, or do good, or understand God's truths. Everyone is guilty before God. God does the Calling: Abraham was Called by God! Paul states in Romans 8:29:

For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined ... And those He predestined, He also Called; and those whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified He also glorified.

It’s ALL God – none of man - that’s GRACE!
