Devotionals 2020 The Root of Righteousness Week 22
Our daily lives continue to bring a variety of choices. We (Christians) are to flee evil, pursue holiness, and share the Peace of God in Christ Jesus. A wonderful prayer for the saints in Christ Jesus at Philippi is written in Philippians 1:9-11: And it is my prayer that your love may abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment, so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
This model prayer is so encouraging and power packed with the heart of a true believer praying for other true believers. May we desire and fulfill this prayer each and every day. Amen.
