The Root of Righteousness
Week 35

The Root of Righteousness is Jesus Christ. His perfect payment of my sin gives to me the free gift of salvation because God, His Father, recognizes His perfect Son rather than my sin, making me fully redeemed and heir with Christ. How Amazing!

Listen to Galatians 4:6,7: And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, Abba, Father! So, you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

From 1 John 2:1 we see John declare a proof of who Jesus is to us who believe. My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous.

The world is filled with trouble, but we are not of this world, dear ones.
(John 17:14-19)
