Heaven Is My Forever Home

Week 8

The wonder of the Gospel (Good News) of Christ is the hope and faith bestowed on the believer. We speak of Heaven so casually at times that I wonder if we truly grasp the Power and significance of our forever home. There is so much to took forward to, dear ones. Paul knew of this awe and wonder, because God gave him a taste of this future.

Just think, we have heaven as our future abode because of Jesus, His sacrifice for my sins and His Father’s acceptance of His perfect sacrifice ... and now I have New Life in Christ forever! (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9) Paul states these words:

We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love that you have for all the saints, because of the hope laid up for you in HEAVEN. Hope and Faith are tied together in our awesome Savior and Lord and in His gift to us! We have a home, eternal and a family (believers), and there is so much to look forward to!
