Heaven Is My Forever Home

Week 24

Loyalty is a unique word. To be loyal means to have conviction and citizenship. When I think of Heaven I am actually pondering the truth, wonder and joy of my forever home
with the Lord!

When does loyalty take the higher ground? From Philippians 3:20 we read: Our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ. Yes, for now we live this side of heaven BUT our eternal home is the place where our loyalty should reside! Colossians 3:2 reminds us: Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

What are some distractions that take you from time with God? He desires your time and loves to hear your prayers and thanksgivings.

Take some time to ponder what it will be like to see Jesus and actually talk with Him in person! He would like that and I think you would be blessed!

Help us Lord take time to ponder You more! Amen
