It is a blessing to read the true stories of believers from long ages ago who testify of visions and revelations from God. The Bible, God's holy Word, tells us these truths to encourage us to ponder our true life after this life! The Apostle Paul wrote some amazing words about this topic.

I must go on boasting, though there is nothing to be gained by it, I will go on to visions and revelations of the Lord. I know a man in Christ who 14 years ago was caught up in the 3rd Heaven – whether in the body or not in the body I don't know, God knows. And I know that this man was caught up into paradise – whether in the body of out of the body I do not know. God knows and he heard things that cannot be told, which man may not utter.
2 Corinthians 12:1-4

Paul saw something in heaven too stunning to put into human words. It was indescribable. Now that is something to ponder!
