Week 48

As we prepare to celebrate Christ's birth, I'm reminded of a prophecy given to Isaiah about Jesus and His mission to one day come and establish forever His government of Peace. Listen to these words:

For unto us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulders, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and of Peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over His kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forever. The zeal of the LORD of Hosts will do it! Isaiah 9:6-7

This Christmas, remember, one day all will be well because Jesus is the Ruler and will
rule as the Prince of Peace.
Amen, come Lord Jesus!
