Why Genesis?
Week 8

Several years ago, I had the opportunity to visit the Creation Science Museum in Kentucky. It was awesome from beginning to end, highlighting the Doctrine of Creation and how this miracle of Creation is essential to all we believe.

How often do you hear people speak of Genesis as a good story, a tradition, a myth or fantasy? These narratives are all over the media, in our schools and in the governments of the world.

Separating truth from theory is essential in the true understanding of God's divine story of His creative power, love, and justice. Did you know that Genesis 1:1 speaks of God in the plural? Reading in the whole chapter we see our Divine Creator, creating in 3-part harmony. If we take out this amazing beginning, we miss the opening miracle of God Himself toward us.

Evolution would love to destroy our hope, joy and peace in God Himself! Furthermore, evolution would love to destroy the dignity of man as created in the image of God!

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him male and female, He created them.
