Creation - Biblical Doctrine

The last three Fiat (decree) Creationism points are so clearly stated next.

The earth is relatively young – perhaps less than 10 thousand years old.
There is a net decrease in complexity in the created order as time advances.
Geologic history is marked by post creation global catastrophism.
The Bible indicates a worldwide flood, which created atmospheric, topographical, and geological upheaval as found in Genesis 6-8. It involved waters in the sky descending in torrents, waters on and under the earth rising to cover the entire earth up to the heights of the highest mountains made on earth, and a breaking apart of land.

These last components of divine decree complete Fiat Creationism’s Biblical View. We see from all 9 components that God had a perfect plan in His creation order and design. So much of our Biblical World View hinges on the Truth of this miraculous event at the Beginning of time!
