As a student of the Word of God I ponder the depth of power and majesty that God desires for His true followers to discover. Daily I read something in the Bible that causes me to ponder, pray and share with others. Psalm 19 has long been a Psalm of wonder, strength, conviction and prayer in my life.
Psalm 19:7-8
v.7. The Law of the Lord is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. v.8. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.
All of God's Word holds hope and growth in the Christ centered life. God's word holds the power, cleansing and purpose of life. It is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. (Romans 1:16). Why would any possessor of Jesus Christ not want to be a student of the Bible? I would encourage you, if you don't read God's Word regularly that you would begin today! It is the power and heart of God given to us for His Glory!
