Week Seventeen

A foundation blessing from the Lord.
Numbers 6: 24-26

V. 24. The Lord bless you, and keep you; V. 25. The Lord make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you; V. 26. The Lord lift up His countenance on you, and give you peace.

This prayer is a special Blessing for Jews and Gentiles alike. The LORD instituted it for the nation of Israel. He told Aaron and his sons (priests) to pray this blessing on the
"sons of Israel."

May we also seek the Lord's peace always!
